  1. Intellectual Property

The client warrants that any materials provided do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues even after the termination of the agreement.

  1. Performance and Results

While we strive to deliver optimal results, MVB Digi Marketing Pvt Ltd does not guarantee specific outcomes due to variables beyond our control, such as market conditions, algorithm changes, or third-party platform policies.

  1. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

All outstanding fees must be settled.

Access to accounts and platforms provided to MVB Digi Marketing Pvt Ltd will be revoked.

  1. Limitation of Liability

MVB Digi Marketing Pvt Ltd is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Losses caused by third-party actions or technical failures.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the service in question.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
